In the early morning hours of August 4, 2007, a tragedy unfolded on Dunkeld Street in Boston's Roxbury neighborhood that claimed the life of Danielle Grady, a 30-year-old African-American woman. At approximately 3:15 a.m., while she was seated in a parked Mazda, a man in a black hooded sweatshirt approached and fired at least eleven rounds into the vehicle.
