Colvin W. Germany, a 39-year-old man from Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically shot and killed on April 25, 2021, in the Mooretown neighborhood. He was found dead at the scene around 9:15 p.m. in the 4100 block of Theo Street. An autopsy was ordered, and the case was taken over by the Shreveport Police Department for investigation.
