Emanuel E. King, a 19-year-old African American male from Vivian, Louisiana, was tragically shot and killed on the night of May 2, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. at the Lakeville Townhomes located in the 3700 block of Richmond Avenue.
