A simmering dispute on a late spring morning in Baton Rouge escalated into a fatal shooting that claimed the life of 25-year-old Kelvin Robinson Jr. on June 3, 2021. The male victim was discovered in the roadway in the 1600 block of North Marque Ann Drive, suffering from what police described as apparent gunshot wounds. He tragically succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the incident.
