Dewayne Johnson, a 24-year-old resident of Fort Myers, Florida, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2017, in a shooting incident. Johnson was celebrating the Fourth of July with his family in Lehigh Acres before heading to Fort Myers to watch fireworks at the Stars Complex. Unfortunately, he became the city's second homicide victim of the year when he was shot at his father's home on Thomas Street.
