Tyran "Butter" Ahmod Anderson, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2021, in Slidell, Louisiana. Born on May 1, 1998, in New Orleans, LA, to Tinatenise Anderson Baptiste and Shawn J. Shy, Tyran was a graduate of Edna Karr High School. The incident occurred at The Lofts at Canterbury apartment complex, where Slidell Police responded to reports of multiple gunshots in the parking lot.
