Colby Fouch, a 14-year-old boy from West Point, California, tragically lost his life on April 20, 2016. The incident occurred while Colby and a 16-year-old friend were bird hunting in a quarry. According to reports, the 16-year-old's weapon accidentally discharged, striking Colby in the face and upper body.
