On August 3, 2023, at approximately 9:43 p.m., 22-year-old Relondo Jacori Bell was fatally shot near 78 Kelloch Street in San Francisco's Visitacion Valley neighborhood. Bell himself placed a 911 call reporting that he had been shot. Upon arrival, officers found him suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
