Calveon Tyshun Raphiel, a 21-year-old African American male, passed away on August 2, 2021, in Shreveport, Louisiana. His death was the result of a gunshot wound he sustained while walking down Carleton Avenue. According to reports, Raphiel was shot by an unknown individual in a white Crown Victoria. Despite being rushed to Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport, he succumbed to his injuries.
