Perry Bailey, a 36-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 30, 2019, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Bailey was a Technical Sergeant stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base, where he served as the non-commissioned officer in charge of education and training for the 2nd Medical Group. He was highly respected and loved by his colleagues and was known for his professionalism and dedication to his duties.
