In the early hours of a Sunday morning in south Shreveport, a tragic series of events unfolded, leaving two men dead in what authorities have described as a domestic dispute. Perry Bailey, a 36-year-old male stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base, was fatally shot on June 30, 2019. The incident occurred just before 5 a.m. at a residence on Long Branch Lane.
