In the winter of 2021, a life was tragically cut short in a sudden burst of violence. On the morning of Tuesday, December 7th, 30-year-old Tremale Jenkins, a male resident of Franklinton, Louisiana, was fatally shot. The incident unfolded on Mary Topps Road, situated just north of the town, where Washington Parish Sheriff's Office deputies and detectives were called to the scene. Their investigation revealed a chaotic series of events that led to the untimely death of Jenkins.
