Russell Brewster Ricou Jr., a 41-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity from New Orleans, Louisiana, tragically passed away on January 9, 2022. Ricou was fatally shot in the 900 block of Conti Street in the French Quarter. The incident occurred on a Sunday evening, and police found Ricou dead at the scene.
