On the afternoon of Wednesday, January 12, 2022, 61-year-old Timothy Kelly was discovered inside his vehicle at the corner of North Acadian Thruway and Gus Young Avenue in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the victim of a fatal shooting. The male driver had been shot multiple times and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
