On the night of October 11, 2008, a young man's life was tragically cut short on a street in East Boston. Rafael Sandoval, a 19-year-old Hispanic male from Chelsea, was found suffering from a stab wound in front of 220 Border Street. The call came in to Boston Police from Area A-7 at approximately 11:50 p.m., reporting a person had been stabbed. When officers arrived at the scene, they found the gravely injured teenager.
Emergency services rushed Sandoval to Massachusetts General Hospital
