On March 19, 2022, 35-year-old Ciara Danielle Bullock was found lying unresponsive on the sidewalk in the 3000 block of South Saratoga Street in Central City, New Orleans. The New Orleans Police Department responded to the scene at approximately 2:45 a.m. and declared her deceased upon arrival. Ciara Bullock, a Black female, was identified by the Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office on March 21, 2022.
