Able Garcia Jr., a 32-year-old Hispanic male from Houston, Texas, was tragically found dead on April 29, 2022, in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The Lake Charles Police Department responded to reports of gunfire in the 500 Block of West Lagrange Street around 12:45 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered the bodies of Able Garcia Jr. and another victim, Pedro Oswaldo Duarte Rangel, 36, inside an apartment. Both men had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
