An argument that began inside a vehicle at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Lilly Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana, on the night of October 20, 2018, tragically escalated, leading to the death of 35-year-old Elgin Green, a local recording artist known as 'Beanie.'
