Reese De'von Williams, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 10, 2022, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred at approximately 7:00 PM at the intersection of Lafayette and South Rampart Streets in the Central Business District. According to the New Orleans Police Department , officers responded to a call of shots fired and found Reese Williams with a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
