Keandre Williams, a 25-year-old African American male, was visiting a female acquaintance at a Baton Rouge apartment complex on the night of September 21, 2022. The evening took a tragic turn when Alvin Allen III, the 21-year-old ex-boyfriend of the woman Williams was visiting, arrived at the residence. In a fit of jealous rage, Allen forced his way into the apartment, armed with an assault rifle.
