Clarence Harvey, a 31-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Braithwaite, LA, was fatally shot on September 29, 2022, in the bedroom of his girlfriend's apartment in Gretna, LA. The incident occurred around 12:45 a.m., and Clarence was pronounced dead soon after arriving at the scene.
