In the early morning hours of Friday, September 30, 2022, the life of David Washington Jr., a 31-year-old male, was tragically cut short. Deputies from the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office were dispatched to Woodland Drive in the Bunn Hood neighborhood of Donaldsonville, Louisiana, around 6:30 a.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Washington inside a vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
