Jacquine “Jaqine” Clark, a 20-year-old man from New Orleans, Louisiana, died on October 12, 2022.

That Wednesday night, in the Behrman area of Algiers, police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Southlawn Boulevard after reports of gunfire. Investigators arrived to find an unresponsive male outside a residence suffering from gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene, and detectives began working the area for witnesses, evidence, and a motive.
