On the evening of March 3, 2010, 30-year-old Benjamin Martins was shot and killed on Draper Street in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. Responding to reports of gunfire, Boston Police found Martins lying in front of 85 Draper Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to Boston Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
