Dominic Tomlin, a 14-year-old boy from New Orleans, LA, was found dead on November 16, 2022. Initially, his death was believed to be the result of being struck by a train. However, further investigation revealed that Dominic had been shot multiple times, leading authorities to reclassify his death as a homicide.
