A fourteen-year-old Caucasian male, Dominic Tomlin, was found deceased in New Orleans, Louisiana, on November 16, 2022. His body was discovered on the train tracks situated in the 6300 block of Peoples Avenue, to the west of Pontchartrain Park. Initially, it was suspected that a train had struck the young man, but the nature of his death was later determined to be far more nefarious.
