Thomas Bright Lankford, a 26-year-old white male, was a Federal Prohibition Agent who tragically lost his life on May 26, 1926, in Springfield, Illinois. Lankford was born in 1900 in Liberty, Tennessee, and had joined the Prohibition Unit on January 30, 1925.
