Kurt Barlow, a 19-year-old male from Vernon Township, Illinois, tragically lost his life on January 2, 1984. The circumstances surrounding his death were both shocking and tragic. Kurt Barlow was fatally shot in the chest while he was at the home of his friend, Elizabeth Lou, in suburban Lincolnshire.
