Reginald Hart Jr., a 19-year-old African American male from Normal, Illinois, tragically lost his life on April 25, 2018. The incident occurred during an attempted drug robbery at a Normal apartment complex. Hart, along with Joseph Gardner, another young man involved in the incident, was shot and killed by Christopher Harrison, who was 17 years old at the time.
