Jermaine Berry, a 30-year-old African-American male, tragically lost his life on the streets of Boston in the fall of 2010. On the evening of Monday, October 25, 2010, police responded to a report of a person shot at the intersection of Geneva Avenue and Charles Street in the city's Dorchester neighborhood.
