Bryan Keeney, a 32-year-old white male, was a police officer with the Fairmont City Police Department in Illinois. On November 4, 1984, he was found dead at the Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site. His body was discovered next to his patrol car in the museum's parking lot. The cause of death was gunfire, and it was determined that he had been shot as a result of a feud with another individual.
