Eric Watkins, a 33-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on March 18, 1995, in Chicago, Illinois. His death was part of a series of violent crimes committed by Ralph Harris, a notorious serial killer, rapist, and armed robber. Harris's crime spree spanned several years, during which he terrorized the Chatham community on the southeast side of Chicago.
