Jordan Bounsinh, a 22-year-old male from Rockford, Illinois, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2013. The incident occurred at a Mobil gas station located at 1344 E. State Street in Rockford. According to reports, Bounsinh was involved in a verbal altercation with Tronte D. Pickett, a 19-year-old male from Rockford, inside the gas station.
