Devorite Diggins, a 21-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on November 13, 2013, at a gas station in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 2:20 p.m. when Diggins and his 21-year-old cousin entered the gas station located in the 800 block of West 59th Street.
