Vernon K. Haynes

Vernon K. Haynes, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed outside a nightclub in Cairo, Illinois, on June 8, 2014. The incident occurred near the Cavalier Club, where Haynes was shot shortly before 4 a.m. He succumbed to his injuries about an hour later at a hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
