Antonio L. Jones, a 43-year-old African American male, was found dead on November 10, 2014, in East St. Louis, Illinois. The East St. Louis Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire at approximately 3:09 PM in the area of 18th Street and East Broadway Avenue. Upon extinguishing the fire, the burnt body of Antonio L.
