Stephan L. Mosley, a 46-year-old African American male, was found dead on January 6, 2015, in East St. Louis, Illinois. Mosley was discovered face down and had been shot multiple times. The incident marked the first homicide of the year in East St. Louis. The police identified Norman Travis, a 43-year-old male, as a person of interest in the case.
