On November 29, 2014, 20-year-old Deangelo D. Williams was found deceased in the 3500 block of Piggot Avenue in unincorporated East St. Louis, Illinois. Upon arrival, deputies discovered that Deangelo D. Williams had suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the face.
