Nacurvie Smith, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on November 16, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Old Town neighborhood, specifically in the 400 block of West Evergreen Avenue. According to reports, Smith was in his vehicle following a friend who had parked her car.
