Jazznique "Jazz" Fort, a 15-year-old African American girl from Rockford, Illinois, tragically lost her life on January 2, 2015. Jazznique was a freshman at Auburn High School, known for her vibrant personality and aspirations of attending Duke University to become a lawyer.
