Louis Franklin Tuttle, a 21-year-old white male from Springfield, Illinois, tragically lost his life on January 27, 2015. Born on June 9, 1993, Louis was known for his kind nature and his ability to light up a room with his smile. He graduated from Lanphier High School, where he played football, and later enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving in the Air Assault Unit at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
