Romello Devante' Jones-Snow, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 14, 2016, in Springfield, Illinois. Romello was born on August 31, 1998, and was a promising young man with a bright future ahead of him. He was a student at Lincoln Land Community College and had received various certifications, including an OSHA certification in dry-walling and CPR.
