Carlos Dewayne Dozier II, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 20, 2021, in Springfield, Illinois. Born on April 24, 1998, in Decatur, Illinois, Carlos was affectionately known as "Los" by his family and friends. He was a devoted father to his children, Carlos Damir Dozier and Chase Damani Dozier, and was deeply loved by his parents, Carlos Dozier Sr. and Dee Dozier.
