Uchenna Agina, also known as OTF Chino Dolla, was a 24-year-old African American male who tragically lost his life on March 27, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois. Agina, who served as the manager for the rising Chicago rapper Lil Durk, was fatally shot while sitting in a car in the Avalon Park neighborhood.
