Zakaria Hadik, a 20-year-old male, was fatally shot on March 8, 2019, in the Irving Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 3:05 p.m. in the 4000 block of West Cullom Avenue. According to the Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office, Hadik was found on the sidewalk suffering from a gunshot wound to his left eye.
