Ramone Ogburn, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 5, 2015, in Calumet City, Illinois. The incident occurred during a party in the 500 block of Yates Avenue. According to the Calumet City police and the Cook County medical examiner's office, Ramone was shot multiple times.
