Arsenio P. Carter, a 27-year-old African American male from Champaign, Illinois, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2015, due to a gunshot wound. The incident occurred around 6:03 PM near the area of Fourth Street and Beardsley Avenue. As police responded to reports of shots fired, Carter was already being transported to Presence Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The Champaign County Coroner confirmed his identity and cause of death.
