Ramon Gartman, a 33-year-old man from Chicago, IL, was tragically shot in the face on May 21, 2015. The incident occurred in the South Chicago neighborhood, specifically in the 8400 block of South Commercial Avenue. Gartman was discovered unresponsive at 11:48 a.m. and was immediately taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 12:12 p.m. Gartman resided in the 7600 block of South Kingston Avenue.
