Richard Rodriguez, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on June 7, 2015, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Rodriguez and his friend, Josean Rueda, also 19, were driving their car near the 300 block of North Cicero Avenue in the South Austin neighborhood.
