Byron Floyd, a 31-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 14, 2015, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side of Chicago. He was subsequently charged with murder and two counts of aggravated battery. Bronson, who resided in the 900 block of Lorel Avenue, was held without bond. He had previously worked as a machinist and at a Home Depot, and he was a graduate of Austin Community High School. At the time of his arrest, Bronson had an 8-month-old daughter.
