Daniel LaVonde Parker II, a 21-year-old African American male from Peoria, Illinois, tragically passed away on June 30, 2015. He was born on April 10, 1994, to Daniel L. Parker Sr. and Felicia Broom. Daniel, affectionately known as "Boo Boo," was a former employee at Steak 'n Shake and attended Manual High School. He was a beloved member of his community, known for his outgoing personality and deep love for his family.
