Willie Hunter, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 5, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois. Willie, along with his 25-year-old brother John Hunter, was fatally shot while sitting in an SUV in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood. The brothers, who had moved to Missouri but were back in Chicago for the Fourth of July celebrations, were targeted by an unknown assailant who approached their vehicle and opened fire.
